Paul Kuhn
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Paul Kuhn is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Wolters Kluwer's Financial & Compliance Services, where he has overall responsibility for financial aspects of the organization. He reports directly to the chief executive officer of Wolters Kluwer Financial & Compliance Services.

An experienced finance professional with more than 20 years of experience, Kuhn joined Bankers Systems, Inc. (which was acquired by Wolters Kluwer) in 1986 as a senior staff accountant. In his tenure with Bankers Systems, Inc. and Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Kuhn held various leadership roles in finance and business development prior to his appointment as vice president and chief financial officer in 2003. Kuhn has also played an integral role in acquisition procurement, integration and strategic planning for the company.

Prior to joining Bankers Systems, Inc./Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Kuhn worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Coopers & Lybrand) in Minneapolis. He received his CPA designation in 1983, and is a graduate of St. Cloud State University.
